Terms and Conditions of Sales

When placing an order on our website you automatically accept our terms and conditions of sales, return, payment and shipping policies.

All products shipped from us are brand new. TK SHOP will not be held liable if any damages are caused during shipping. Nevertheless, if you suspect that your product has been damaged due to shipping and wish to contact us, please send an email to contact@tkshop.ch stating your problem and order number. We will do our best to provide you with assistance.

How To Order

We have tried to make your experience on our website as easy as possible and hassle-free. You will find below step-by-step information on how to order on our website:

1. Browsing the categories and products

   All of our products are accessible from the “SHOP” page. You will find all of the available categories and more precise categories on the right side of the website. Simply choose which category you wish to browse and explore.

2. Adding products to cart

   If you wish to purchase an item you may add it to your shopping cart. Simply click the "ADD TO CART" button. You also have the ability to increase the quantity by entering the number of products you wish to purchase. This will automatically add these products to your "Shopping Cart"

3. Proceeding to checkout

   In order to proceed to checkout you must first review your shopping cart. Simply click on "Shopping Cart" or "My Cart" on the upper-right side of the website. By doing so, it will take you to your shopping cart. You also have the possibility to remove and add items from this page. Once you have reviewed your item, simply click on "Proceed to Checkout".

4. Checking out and paying

   In order to pay you have the choice to checkout two ways:

   1. As a guest
   2. As a registered User

   Simply select which method you prefer. Checking out as a guest is faster but if you will be ordering again with us in the future, we highly recommend registering on our website which will facilitate your checkout procedure the next time. If you checkout as a guest, simply fill in your personal information and click on "Continue".

   Once you have reached the "Payment Information" section, you have the choice between PayPal for Mastercard and Visa payments or Postfinance to use your Swiss Postal Account. When clicking on “Continue”, this will automatically take you to an external page to finalize the payment. This procedure is to ensure maximum security for your payment details.

5. Confirmation and notification

   Once you have paid for your order either through PayPal or Postfinance, you will receive a payment confirmation stating your order and receipt. It is important to keep this copy. You will also receive a confirmation via email once the order is shipped.

Privacy & Intellectual Property

TK SHOP ensures that all personal information shared on this website will be kept in strict confidentiality and not be shared with any other companies. All product photos and logo are the intellectual property of TK SHOP, all rights are reserved.

Products and Prices

All products on our website are available in limited quantities. If a product is unavailable we will not post it on our website.

Prices are all inclusive. There are no additional taxes or fees. The shipping is then added to the final price. When ordering more than one product, the shipping price remains constant. The shipping price does not change if the quantity changes.

TK SHOP reserves the right to change at any moment prices but ensures that all prices are kept constant. All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF).

Payment Methods

TK SHOP uses PayPal as payment server to ensure maximum security for every purchase on our website. When a product is added to the cart and proceeds to checkout, the client is automatically taken to an external PayPal page to enter your payment details. TK SHOP does not have access nor sees your payment details when an order is placed.

We currently accept the following payment methods through PayPal:

Mastercard & Visa

Additionally we offer POSTFINANCE for Swiss customers. If you have a POSTCARD and Swiss Postal Account, you may pay on our website using this solution. All information is treated with strict confidentiality and processed via an external secure network. TK SHOP does not have access to client’s personal information.

Shipping

All products shipped from us are shipped with SWISS POST. When proceeding to checkout, customers have the possibility to choose between three (3) shipping options and prices:

1. PostPac Economy – 6 CHF (4-5 days)
2. PostPac Priority – 8 CHF (2-3 days)
3. Swiss-Express – 15,80 CHF (1 day)

Delivery time is approximate and is calculated from the day of shipment. Items are normally shipped the day after the order is placed.

Once you have placed your order and paid for it, you will first be notified for payment confirmation and receipt. You will receive a second email to confirm that the item has been shipped.

All products shipped from us are brand new. TK SHOP will not be held liable if any damages are caused during shipping.

International customers: We currently do not offer shipping outside of Switzerland. If you wish to purchase our products, please send an email to contact@tkshop.ch

Returns

If you are unhappy with your product and wish to return it, you have 7 days starting from the day you have received your product to notify us and send it back to us. Once you have received the product and decided to return it you must automatically send us an email at retour@tkshop.ch. Please state your name, product purchased (with order number) and your choice between refund or exchange.

Once we have approved the request, you will have to send the product back to us. Shipping charges will not be reimbursed. All returns must be accompanied of its receipt that you will receive when ordering the product. Without the receipt, we cannot exchange or refund your product.

All products returned must NOT be taken out of their packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any product returned if we believe that the product has been opened. We also reserve the right to refuse any returns if we were not notified by email within 7 days of reception of the product. After 7 days, you will not be eligible to return your product.

Once we have received your product you will be able to choose between either Exchange or Refund:

• Exchange: an exchange is possible with any product on our website that has the exact same price (initial shipping not included in price). We will ship the new product free of charge. You will have to notify us exactly which product you wish to exchange in your original email. If you wish to purchase a product that has greater value than the product in exchange, you may do so by paying the difference.
• Refund: if you wish to have a refund for your purchase, please notify us how you would like us to refund you. We will only refund the price that you have paid to acquire the product and not the shipping costs associated with sending the product back to us. We do not do automatic refunds if paid with Credit Cards. Refunds are only available through Bank Deposit, Paypal transfer and Postal Account transfer.
